Your body is the most potent ritual tool you will ever own.

Join Lorin, owner of Black Cat Bodega and Witch at Folklore Botanical for an immersive workshop where we move beyond the altar and back into the self.

We are reclaiming the Witch’s Body as a sacred vessel for power and a channel for deep intuition, not as an object to be judged, criticized, or sexualized.

For centuries, a woman in control of her own body and magick was seen as a threat. We’ve been conditioned to stay small and stay quiet. 

Our magick can be dampened by negative thoughts on how we feel about aging, changes in our bodies, size, illness, and everything society and religion have taught us about how women are supposed to exist.

In this workshop, we begin unlearning those patterns and remembering how to listen to our bodies again.

What we’ll explore:

POWER

You are the ritual. Learning how your own body acts as a tool for grounding and moving energy. No tools required.

PRESENCE

Getting out of your head (and away from the mirror) so you can actually feel and appreciate your body and your life instead of constantly judging it. Practicing how to notice sensation instead of forming opinions.

PERMISSION

Working through the “Witch Wound”, the inherited conditioning that says it’s dangerous to be powerful, bold, loud, or take up space. Giving yourself permission to trust your gut. 

THE RITUAL CRAFT

Each participant will hand-blend a custom Ritual Body Oil using botanicals, crystals, and essential oils.

We will use the oil to anoint the body as a daily ritual of grounding and reconnection. 

Enjoy a cup of botanical tea curated to open the senses and settle in.
